Hi,

I'm posting these for a friend of my mother-in-law's. She lives in a very old house, which is full of amazing things. I came across these points, etc. and asked her about them. She says that she and her family found them along the banks of the local river in Windsor, CT. Any info. on them would be appreciated: time period, who would have made them, what they were for, etc.
I hope the pix come through; this is my first posting of them.

Hey TN Mts whats with the expert thing, didnt know we had any of those around here??lol.I dont know the types of flint from that area, but in my expert opinion.lol.anyways,the hardstone looks like from top to bottom, tapered adze or celt, looks flat on one face so I will say an adze.Roller pestle(very nice relic) that has been grinded flat on one side and then there is an axe.thx for the look
