Hello All...

A friend of mine recently found a small metal box that was beat up quite a bit. It had a small cylindrical object inside that looked like two quarters melted together (or just stuck) but as of yet we are unable to clean it properly or sufficiently enough to see if it is just one regular metal piece or two coins.

Any help will be greatly appreciated that will lead us to the best cleaning without damaging the item.

Vinegar has a high acid content that has no adverse effect to silver when used soaking overnight. Whatever is holding them together should break down and let go.

If you have already applied vinegar you realize the mess you made and the odor.

To unstick the objects let them soak in Go-Jo original formula for an hour and remove
and clean. If the objects are coins reply with the condition of the coins.
