I bought a new camera to take hunting with me. I see so many neat things and get visited by the manatees quite often so I thought I'd like to be prepared! Off I went hunting this morning and I was very excited. That didn't last long. I wasn't expecting to find a lot but sheesh... I didn't get one hit all morning. NOT ONE! Not even a bobby pin, bread tie or a pull tab! To top that all off my friends the manatee didn't show up either. Okay I will be honest here. I really didn't stay out very long. A little less than two hours. Anyway, here I was with a new water camera and nothing to take a picture of. Well it is new to me and I don't know what I'm doing with it yet so I took a few of nothing in paticular. You can tell I am certainly a novice at this!

I am going to practice and when I do find something interesting to take a picture of.... I'll be ready! ::)

This is an Olympus 10 megapixel waterproof camera. It's supposed to be good for up to 10 feet. I will never be any deeper than that so I am hoping this one will be good enough for me.

Some advice. If used in salt water, don't forget to give it a fresh water bath when you get home. We had one that the salt water eventually dries and keeps orifices open that eventually harm the camera.

I'm always open to advice and that sounds like some good advice. Thanks.
