I went to a few of my dump banks i have not been to in a while. I went up to the coin machine and it was totally different. One of the bank employees reconized me and came over to tell me about it. All i cann say is they are unbeleivable! Super fast, Super quiet, and very accurate! The best part is they all take 1k in halves!! I wont actually bring in 1k in halves, but its very nice to know i can get rid of a box per coin machine with most likely not having to have the teller come over to change the bag out. They were right on the money as well. Brought 350$ worth to all 3 machines and recieved 350$ worth each time! The best part is they are getting them at all there locations so i will have about 12 of these machines within 20 minutes of my home!! This is almost better than finding silver! HH

Life changing. Seriously!

I thought I was lucky with 1 machine with 10 miles, and 4 within 25 miles.

But what about the beloved reject tray? What has become of it? Does it still keep stuff stuck in it's venerial disesase-esque tubes? This is where all the silver is!

I'm wondering if they'll accept rolled change. The one I dump at won't so there goes the idea of getting CWR

The coin machine by my house is great. I feed it myself. It never jams. The bag has never once been filled up while I was dumping, even when I dumped about $1100 and someone else dumped a little bit more right after me. It is a little bit loud though.

From what the teller told me there are a lot of companys trying to make better coin machines all the time. A lot of banks around here are switching to them because its easier for them. The way all the banks around here work is if i bring in say 100$ of rolled halves they will wait till the end if the week to clear out all rolls they received, and unroll them into bags to send off to dunbar, garda, brinks whoever. are coin suppliers around here do not take rolled coin i was told. They have to be bagged weather its from a customer or the bank. The only thing that sucks about this is there will not be many banks that will have CWR anymore , and as we all know some of the best scores come from them. Im just happy because this makes it easier to dump. I will not however abuse it because i definitly do not wanna loose the privlage.

New machines suck because they reject silver. So the tellers scoop it up and none makes it to rolls :(

Cummings makes a fast, no frills machine. The Coinstar type machines are slow and Loud

Note necessarily because they make it to teller trays where we he scan them, and if we see it, well take it. And most of the time, we crhers find it sittin in teh reject tray so good for reject checkers

I think the bank you use is TD bank, because my TD bank coin counter is accurate to the nearest penny.

Just buy the bags if you are afraid of not getting CWRs. Just don't complain about being shorted (which YOU WILL GET SHORT BAGS!). There aren't very many that will reject silver simply because it involves way more moving parts and costs far more.

If I don't get the CWRs my bank gets, they just dump it in the coin machine. Easier for the tellers, no short rolls, etc. I simply don't know how any bank could do business without a coin machine.

Nice, I wish we had coin machines around me. I see people posting that the bank says that they have to unwrap the rolls and send them out in bags, some banks are not doing this, they are just sending the whole box of coins out, hence the reason these allready searched boxes are starting to show up more often. I asked 2 banks here about dumping rolled coin and what they did with it, they told me they just ship the box back, doesn't matter who the carrier was. just some info I thought I'd share. HH, Maverick.

its not td bank. there coin machines are great for dimes but not halves. the td banks around here only except a 100$ worth of halves. Its a local bank with only 30 total branches so theres no need for me to talk about what bank it is. I didnt start the thread to say haha i got new coin counters and im not telling , i was just sharing some info on new coin machines that hopefully will start showing up in more banks. I have used a lot of coin counters , and this one just makes the others seem like there a 100 years old. Without exagerating it counted 350$ in halves in lest than 15 seconds.

My bank uses the first one. Or if I'm dumping at td it's a older bandt. And those only hold 1k halves and quarters, and only 400$ in nickels.
