I looked at 2 houses today. In Coudersport, Pennsylvania. The first one was built in 1839,, and is one of the oldest houses in Coudersport. It needs a lot of work, What the real estate agent doesn't know is that while I was at The Potter County Historical Society, I mentioned this house. The people at the Society knew exactly which house I was talking about. They pulled 3 index cards out of their files and I found out that one of the original family members who lived in this house in the 1800's, still visits the house.
Yep, the house is haunted. Just in time for Halloween.
