I think I posted this in the wrong spot before, so I'll give it another go...

Howdy folks! Ronson here, professional-screenwriter-on-hiatus and enthusiastic MD newb who is starting his serious looking up at the old family farm, trying to figure out where the original owner's house was, way back when. I've decided random MD'ing on beaches is not for me. Too scattershot, so far. Actual research makes a difference, it would seem.

FWIW, I'm pretty good with ID'ing early pot metal Cracker Jack premiums/prizes, should anyone need help with that... I've got a few reference books and such, including an early Dowst catalog.

Loving reading all y'all's posts... some really beautiful finds!
