Welcome from Texas. Good luck on your hunts and save some money. You don't need a $700 detector to start, but it's your money...
 

If i buy a 200$ detector it won't last and i would just buy a better detector it a couple of years so i might as well buy one that would last till i growup

I'll be 67 in a short few days. And I'll NEVER grow up, because I'm eat up with the hobby :)
