Here's an update if interested. Been finding a fair amount of iron, bottle caps, tin can parts, pop tops, nails, part of a hammer-like tool, and the like. The most interesting find in the woods was 2 old dog licenses and part of an old dog collar with what I think was the owner's name. I'll try and look him up to get a read on about how old the tag could be.
