You're gonna love it. I've had one since last October. Still learning on it, but its a solid machine and will find you the goodies. On Thursday I found a CW era stirrup, a really cool old padlock, and a silver Washington quarter - all w/the MXT Pro.
Advice - hunt in relic mode (its deeper), 2 tone and dig the high tones. That's a good, basic place to start. Put all knobs on the preset and then turn your gain up as long as the machine will stay stable. Works for me - you'll do good.
