Metal Detecting
I am back. It was 2013 since my last post. Now that we have moved down to Tucson, AZ - I have started metal detecting again. This past weekend was another great journey for me. I went for an overnight trip down to Patagonia, AZ area and I found 4 clad coins, 4 Great Seal Military buttons dated from 1850 - 1935, 2 ammunition clips that I still have not found any information on and 1 centerfire shotgun shell dated 1896 - 1926. Last week while digging for about an hour I found an 1877 quarter which is my best coin so far to date. So, I had to go back and I did better - cause I camped out in the area and was able to spend some more time detecting.
