I went out to the fairgrounds yesterday for 2 hours and wasn’t having much luck at first. I found the area where they park their RV,s and then I started getting some good signals. I found a few quarters a dime and some kind of trinket. I don’t know what it is, it’s got a little damage but it cleaned up pretty good. I spent 2 hours but it started raining so I got out of there, but I will be back there’s still a lot of ground to cover!! Unfortunately I can’t go today because the gates are locked on the weekend but I’m fixing to head to Galveston beach and get my fix for today. Damn this is an addiction!! Lol

Nice finds RudyT. Your reference to getting your "fix" couldn't be further from the truth for me. I am sitting here with -18 degree wind chills feeling like a crack addict who can't score some rocks for my pipe! Keep after mate as those folks who have the means to hunt in moderate weather will be sustaining many of us frozen out folks chewing our finger nails to the BONE! LOL!

Wow I thought I had it bad!! Lol. Luckily the weather here has been in the fifties. Next week it’s going to be in the twenties!! I know that’s probably warm to everyone up north but for down here that’s going to be cold!! Hope you find your “rock “ soon buddy. Take care.
