Was tired of driving around back and fro to my usual spots so I went home threw my trek in the back of the truck and headed to a spot that only wish there was parking. The closest one can park is about a mile away due to it bein very narrow streets.I hopped on my bike and off I went with high hopes since no way it's been hunted before. My first target was the civil war button which is now my 4th one alike and I thought it was going to be a repeat of least couple weeks hunt of a real great civil area I found that once stood a early 1800s home.I didn't find anymore here though and I'm pretty sure I covered the area good enough so I won't be needing to come back again. The finds aren't that great but aleast it was challenging for me to look for the missing 3 cent silver piece which I couldn't.I usually don't post alot here but since it was a journey for me so I would like to share it with you guys. Oh forget to say it was under lots of telephone wires and such so my deus was nutty and noisy which made it more difficult.

I'd say those finds were worth the trouble you went through to get them! Nice Infantry button.

Hey there George! I'm no expert but that looks like a colonial buckle. Nice find all around and let's get a hunt in soon.

Well you got a button from circa 1780, so keep looking in that area.

Glad to hear that your lasik eye surgery was a success. That does look like a great area to hunt by the looks of your finds. I am sure you'll go back when you are bored and feel the need for another Bike ride.
