After reading this forum for a week or so I thought I'd give it a try.
So, last Saturday I went out to 5 bank branches in my area and only got $6.50 in halves...nothing "good".
Today (Saturday), I went to the other bank branches in town and got 3 rolls and $6 individuals.
Out of that I got a 1950 Franklin, two 1964's and a 1968.
Now...
+ When I get to look at these closer, are there other key dates I can look for?
+ How do I know if I get a proof?
+ Almost Uncirculated? I got 3 or 4 - 94's that shine more than others (alot more) as a
matter of fact, one has a fingerprint on it, otherwise I would think it just came from the mint.
Got some covers and plan on "dumping these at my credit union out of town.
I've got a bunch somewhere around where I bought a guys collection about 10 years ago...I guess I need to find those. LOL.
Thanks!
Burt
