New to forum from michigan

Hello there

Name is Tori. I am from michigan (LP) and on the western side near Muskegon river. I am not new to panning or metal detecting. But I have no idea where to go here in michigan. I love the solace of running dirt through a pan or sluice box and seeing what I get. So if any of you know of places to look please let me know. Doesn't have to be specific locations just more of things to look for or where to start
