Since I was young
MD is something
I always wanted to try.

I have yet to purchase a MD
I have been reading reviews & watching vids
Trying to make the best decision

I would appreciate any suggestions
from seasoned Detectorists :notworthy:
on which would be good model to start with
but yet be advanced enough to grow with.

I tend to be of the belief
you get what you pay for
so I'm not trying to go cheap.
but @ the same time
if I come home with a CTX3030
the wife might not be so understanding:angry7:

@ this point I am thinking AT Pro
many seem to have started with these
or have one in their stable.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
chomping @ the bit

Welcome aboard  You will here of everyone's favorite m.d., the atp is not a bad machine at all. I have 1. But i like my whites dfx better. Its kind of like ford or chevy. They will all find metal, it's getting use to the one you decide on and it takes time--good luck

Wel-come to the team ... :metaldetector:

I would also suggest the AT Pro as a good start machine with growth potential ~

Welcome to the forum! The AT Pro is a very good mid-range machine with a small learning curve, I have both the AT Pro and AT Gold and work very well in their respective hunting areas.
