Newbie headphone question

Hello. Onne quick question I have a Terso SS+ I'm wondering if a set of headphones
that have a 9 volt battery in them for volume control (they have a 1/4" jack and I
got an adaptor to 3/8") will they hurt the MD when pluged in?

I have never heard of any headphones that would "hurt" the detector. They either work or they don't. You are better off without adapters though as it is something else that can impede the signal to the phones and cause flexing of the plugs.
