Hi everyone,
My name is Andie and I am originally from the South East of England and grew up with 2 metal detecting parents, from the moment I could walk there was not a weekend that we were not detecting in local fields and old fair grounds.
As I grew to be a teenager the thrill of trudging over fields in the cold and rain was lost. I moved to Arizona 25 years ago and the urge to pick up a metal detector, plug in my head phones and wait for the adrenaline rush from the noise of a faint beep has returned, metal detecting runs through my blood and I am excited to get back to something that I love. Of course there is a big difference between detecting in England and detecting in Arizona.
I am looking for advice and tips on where to go in Arizona and hopefully meet fellow detectors in the area.
