First post everyone, and also first buy. 140 Buffalo Rounds at a LCD. New uncirculated in tubes. Paid 1.65 which was 1.25 over spot ( 30.40 ) at time of transaction. I see them online for less, but then there's shipping. I would have preferred to buy bars but he didn't have any.

Same Dealer said he would buy these coins back at any time for .50 under spot. I thought most LCDs would at least pay spot. I don't care much as I don't have to sell them back to him.

Is this an acceptable deal coming from a local dealer?

I'm not a stacker, yet.

If you dont get at least spot, sell them elsehwere. Online dealers buy at spot minimum for round and a little bit more for coins.

Thanks for the response and I agree. Even with the shipping it's nowhere near .50 below spot on a quantity I would consider selling.
