Nice colonial shoe buckle

Found this last week in the mud and muck at an early site. The leather tounge of the shoe was still on it which I thought was pretty cool. The buckle is pewter and in great shape. Also got a couple of flat buttons. Thanks for looking!

I'd definitely look into preserving/restoring that little leather bit - in my opinion, it's what makes the buckle all that much nicer
