More like scratchin' the itch today than an actual hunt:

I did get this button. About 9 inches deep.
But, I suspect just an old overcoat style button.

I think I agree with Blingie.
Might try for a bit of an early hibernation myself. ;)

Thanks for peeking!

Not a bad hunt. Some are just better than others. Some days you are the dog and other days you are the tree.

My day was slow also, but it was nice just to get to go. I like the button. Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the responses folks. I'm not unhappy with the walk.
Almost never am. :) I count my blessings by getting out. Finding something
"good" is always secondary.

Kind of a neat button though and deep! LOL

Nice batch of goodies!
Quite the ornatly large button! Fishy could use that for a roulette wheel!

If Blingie is going to hibernate he's probably headed to his vault where he can count his aquired hoard of bling to get to sleep.....i'm surprised he didn't take the shinny clad with him.

Getting out and finding anything means both you & the detector are operational!
And in this hobby any day can be the day! You just never know what the next goodie will be.:)

I'm running across more & more zincs that are reading as bottle caps.

I rolled the dice and detected a tot lot i didn't get around to last year. No bling but i'm happy. I actually had a "nice" encounter with a human! :D

Yeah, that's what it's all about. The "finds" are just a goal of the walk. But, there is just sooooo much more that we get from this! Especially if we don't forget to remember just where we are and what we're able to do. Seeing things, meeting people, being ......alive! Yeah, it's pretty special! :)
