This is a new sight I found in Bryan, it had a really old church and a newer one built next to it, Now the old church has been moved and the buildings are being torn down. The whole block must have been sold.
It finally rained here so I went to check it. I got 2 barber Dimes and a Button, IF anyone can tell me about the button I'd apprecite it, It says Newyork on the backand N S?MEYER (and I cant read the rest).
Gotta be military but i dont know.

Hey Albert,

I've got the same button as yours. I was told it was a Marines button dated between 1890-1925.

Congrats on your two barbers also!! Gotta go back for more!!

You know I was thinking of you Captn. Theres some intresting sounds at this sight, its def a vigin sight, That button rang up like a dime. Get on a Plane and come on down. I only dug a few low tones but am gonna start on those next time out, I'v hardly touched the place yet.

Thanks River always a pleasure to see you add to my thread.
Thanks Night wolf but I bet alot escapes my coil. Those floor digs have proven that to me many times over. Its a sad fact of detecting.
Iorn masking, exaustion, Disregarding a iffy sig for a pop top, or can shrapnel,(probaly my greatest flaw) Lost in another thought for that split second.. Etc.. Etc...
We do miss alot but we snag a few.
