Wow, very nice, I have probably a hundred Ikes I've grabbed up from banks, never really looked through them for rarer ones, guess I should huh. HHS, Maverick.

Still looking for one of those. Would love to take a $1 clad coin and make it a nice crisp $20. Nice going!

Sold one of my 1972 type 2 Ikes I going CRHing for $20 today. This one was not in very good shape. The one I just found this week is much nicer! Keeping that one a while.

$19 profit.... Not bad....

I too have a good hundred or so, never looked through them carefully, but didn't know how much the Type 2's were going for. Thanks for the information!

Nice going! I have searched thousands of Ikes. No type 2's, no silver, no keepers, no nothing.

That's the only one I know worth a bunch more. The 1973 P and D coins were only issued in mint sets. I've found one 1973 as well. Only worth a few bucks. Also the 40%silver issues. Only found one of those.

Did find a 1921 Morgan dollar a couple years ago!

I always get the big dollars if the banks have some. The common ones are good presents for little kids...

You can sell Ikes for more than face value on eBay. Even after fees you can make $10-20 per lot of 100.
