Got out to the new site for the second time. Only had a couple of hours. Found 30 cents in change, religious piece, a few rivets an 1882 IH penny, a bullet shell and the nicest musket bullet ever. It was in thick grey mud about 10 inches down. I love it. Get out there its freezing out. ;D

no, it's legit. When lead is stuck down in the mud like that, it has no access to oxygen and does not turn white. I've gotten oldies like that before. Nice finds!
