NICKLE FICKLE

Can anyone explain to me why me and my detector buddies are not finding hardly any nickels in our metal detecting?
We have MXT and 2 MXT pro's in service. We dig almost every hit. Why in 2 weeks and 25.00 in change that I have picked up..... One nickel! Why?

Law of Averages: When you get to (say) $500 in coins found then take another survey.
Probabaly nothing wrong with your machines IF you have not set them, inadvertently, to block out the nickel frequency range.
