NIFCs are 2002 and beyond. Also includes 1987 and any commemorative. Even though these coins are not intended for circulation, you may still see a lot in your searching.

Has anyone ever sold them for a profit? I've got multiples of each year/mint and don't know what to do with them. Save/dump/sell etc.

You may be able to make a small profit but it's usually not worth it. Personally, I've kept only one of each NIFC in both mint marks. If I find another in better condition, I swap it out. The rest are put back into circulation.

Same here. So far I've kept one of each for my album of halves but have returned the rest or plan on doing so.
