No skunk boxes this week! Free money and another first!

Hey everyone, well, this week was really good to me, where do I start. Ok, so I did 6 boxes and 1 bag this week ( my usual) my bag had nothing but, all 6 boxes produced this week! I can't remember that happening in a long time, if ever, so I was very pleased with my results! 2 boxes really shined out of this week, 1 had 21 40's and another had 15 40's and 2 90's, and those were both from the same bank, first pick up of the week! I have a branch that has been letting me exchange some dumps in bags for cash ( totally awesome), I had one of my cool tellers hand me 9 40's this week when I went in to pick up my order, and I took a load of scrap in today and got paid for picking up stuff on the side of the road for FREE again! Those bags of cans you see in the back of my truck were all sitting in front of someones house, they went through all the trouble of crushing them and then just threw them out! Also found my first large Penny ( I have found them a bunch in magicians coins, but never on it's own), and 3 more 1987's in my last box. So I'm ending this week very happy! I may be forgetting something but I think that is the jist of this week without writing a book for you to read lol. So I hope everyone else ends their week good this week too! HH, Maverick. Oh, the totals lol, 55 40%'s and 5 90%'s!

Hang in there, I think my longest skunk streak was 32+ boxes. HH, Maverick.

I already hit that skunk steak (and then some) last year... but it was preceeded by a box with 57 in it. I should be getting 22 boxes a week from now on, so it will eventually turn around for me. I averaged over 1 a box for the year last year. Hopefully the law of averages turns in my favor here to cancel out all the skunks so far! Just need 1 good box!

Hey Jim, they were just regular car batteries, 1 was a group 62 ( ford battery) and the other I can remember, it was a touch smaller, there was 2 total. HH, Maverick.

I hear ya, honestly, a yr or more ago boxes were better for me too, if there was 1 in the box, there was 10 ya know, and I would find something in 1 outta every 4 boxes, now ( well not this week lol) it seems more like 1 in every 12-15.

Its sad when you find more buffalo boy coins (1) than silver (0)! Haha! I DID get a $10 star note cashing in some coins today, and also found an Ike stuck in the machine. I guess it ia certainly better than nothing at all!

Lol, ya, apparently they get around ha ha, the star note is def a win in my book, I collect those too, though I don't find as many now as I use to when I did more volume and money exchanged hands more for me.
