Hi all, Been a long week working , Always nice to get out for a swing. Gentle breeze this evening and tomorrow the temp will rise well over a 100 F .So this might be my only hunt this week-end. Decided to stay in the shade and went to an old orchard. Local birds have stripped the trees of unwripe fruit and are now eating the green almonds. Not much to be had and the saving grace is a small opal butterfly which i found near a retainer wall. These birds are yellow tails.

Very cool birds, we don't have any like that around here. Most of the US is frozen in and it's too hot there, can't we just split the weather, you take half the cold and we will take half the heat. LOL Nice jewelry find! HH
