I have been meaning to get one started, when I got my nokta IMPACT still trying to dial it in. I find myself second guessing which frequency/mode/normal ID or Standard ID. When I hit some sites. Finally decided to give it a shot. Here is the beginning of the process. Started out detecting all the trash in the area. 0disc. My soil is mostly sand with some clay in areas. Only thing I'm not happy with is the location is close to power lines. So I'm sure this will hamper my Gain(sensitivity)levels and EMI will be an issue. Anyways here is the first steps. Damn it sure is hot outside. Will post updates.
