Louisiana Soldier Home button with pelican in middle, squashed two-piece (unfortunately). Found in New Orleans approx. 2002. Cool as is - REALLY cool if not squashed!

Wish I could help. Truth. Found it more than 15 years ago in a permission dig in a yard in the Garden District. If you're from NOLA, you should check out the token I just posted in tags and tokens!
