Looks like it has had a lot of usable flakes removed.

Now it looks like a good sized ovoid scraper. Nice find.

I'm not sure what kind of rock it is. It's not flint and it's not a really hard type of rock. I'm in Kentucky.

I find that type of rock in the creek. They did use it and your pieces look worked to me. Thanks for posting
