Hello, I was wondering if anyone may have an idea on what this black shiny thing could be. A mineral? Rock? Slag?

you are probably right, it also has a lot of particles inside, I don't know if it's quartz, sand, air bubbles, or anything else.

unfortunately I don't know where it came from, I found it in the attic with some other rocks.
