Hit a site today and found a Scoville button (not sure of insignia) and a sterling woman's ring, still had 2 small small diamonds, I scooped up the dirt to sift it cause it looked like it at one time had a large stone in the middle and now flattened.
Site apparently had been hit pretty hard several times according to owner. Explains why no silver was found but did manage a couple wheaties, 45 and 54
