Just in case there was any doubt out there. With this ruling today by the SC today, we just lost our last chance for freedom. Can't dig there, Can't dredge anywhere, Rules, Regualtions, Permits, Taxes.
Folks it is over, the bird has been burned up in the oven, the flag is at half mask and now upside down, just like the Country. :BangHead:

Not to sound stupid but I assume SC = Supreme court and where is "anywhere" for digging, dredging. What State are the rules, regs, permits and taxes for. I live in Indiana and just got into prospecting this year. Planning on building a dredge.

Hunter, Sounds like you have got a lot to learn, but your eyes will soon be open if you love prospecting. All the Ole Timers know exactly of what I speak. Just follow some of Hoser Johns' posts and you will fully understand where I am coming from.
