OC NJ token, standing qtr,IH, silver rosie, buttons

Today I detected an old farmstead in upper township nj. Lots of jar lids and odd junk but I did dig this Koch real estate token. It's from a time in our history when segregation was legal . It offers a free building lot in Ocean City NJ. But the offer is for "White Race Only". It's made of aluminum. I cleaned it up a bit with electrolysis as I did with the coins. A Silver 64 rosie, worn out standing quarter no date, 1880 Indian head, 1919 wheatie, giant flat button, and 2 smaller flats. Check out the pics.. any info on Koch reality would be welcomed.
