Went out into my back yard today. I am getting all kinds of odd finds. The other day I foind a milk top, and a disposable metal ash tray (remember those?).

Today I found (in an hour) another milk top (Sealies brand). And a pair of old large glasses (no lenses, and one arm missing. I also found what appears to be the start of an old small fire pit. Dug up one brick, and there appears to be a few more down there, about 2-3 inches below the soil, right about the same place I found the milk top. Also getting some soundings here and there indicating what may be larger deep targets, but I don't dare start excavating my yard!

Could be an old privy. I would dig up to a three by three section just to check it out. Save the sod to the side and if its nothing, fill it in and lay the sod back on top. Let us know what you decide to do.
