Hi,
I posted this Ohio State Seal devise on the "What is it?" forum, but didn't get too many responses. Although I'm afraid its post Civil War, I just thought some of you experts might recognize it and be able to tell me a little bit about it's age and use--it is marked "bronze" on the reverse and has the remains of three small attachment loops there also. Thanks for your help! Jack.
