Well, let me see, I already jumped off the treadmill, live in the mountains, am a lot further south in the winter, and work whatever hours need to be worked, usually 4 hours a day. A 210 year old building is a maintenance mans nightmare, then throw in 12 acres of grounds to keep up, plus I have to take my chances of being the one in 7,500 that wins and doesn't loose their $125. This of course is a form of a lottery, and probably not even legal. So, I think I'll just hold on to my cash, but would be willing to trade my maintenance man skills and labor for a few days room and board and permission to detect on the grounds. Good luck to whoever wins, and just contact me here to work out a deal. Cheers!!

Janice seems to have done well with the place. Surely stressful though.
I could probably handle the maintenance, all else- no way!
Thanks for the interesting read.
Please update May 22nd.
Peace ✌

Sage gave few clues to what the winning essay should look like, other than being grammatically correct-well I'm out.:laughing7: Very interesting read though and I wish her the best of luck on this amazing offer.
