Done some research this past winter and located an old Fairgrounds from the 1800's to the earlier 1900's, with help using Google Earth. Got permission and hunted it for a short time on Friday. Weeds are high so couldn't swing the coil much. I am hoping the owner gets it mowed this spring. Did manage to get one 1902 Indian, a Silveroid pocket watch case, and a razor strap, which came apart when I tried to unroll it.

I think working this slow and not saying to much about it could bring some nice goodies.

Yep, go back and work it hard. I found one in my area a few years ago and have found close to 40 coins, including seateds, two-cent pieces, 3cent piece, half-dimes, shield nickels, and indians. Should be a gold mine. Good luck.
