Today, more than 12 hours in this adventure. My friend recovered a silver coin, I just recovered one coin.

Everything start with a black coffe, no sugar hehe.

I did enjoy the pictures, as I always do with yours. It sure looks like a lot of potential metal detecting areas and covering them would be a big task, I expect.

I believe your 1864 1/4R is actually dated 1861 since the governor of Chihuahua only ordered that particular coin to be minted in 1860, 1861, 1865 and 1866. Note, what appears to be a four is actually a '1'. Compare the first and last numbers in the year; I believe you'll see there are similar.
