Found this about 4" down in the yard of a old house that produced some old finds. It was already broken and the two pieces were about a foot apart. Anyone know what it is? Roughly how old it could be? I was thinking jewelry of some kind. The little holes looks like it would hold stones of some kind but I doubt every one would be empty so I'm thinking it didn't have them.

Interesting but you should have something in the picture for scale- Is the green copper oxidation>?
Yup that's what the green is and I will put another picture for scale.
