Very old Tag, says driver on it. Any ideas what’s it about ?

Those old drivers were amazing. Sole plate with lead plugs underneath to weight the wooden driver head..... Everything today is super light to increase speed. You could really feel the persimmon drivers through the swing, though they were heavy, hard to move quickly, and had a sweet-spot the size of a dime.
