Out in the field. Not sure how old the sash buckle is. It was bent in half when I found it.

Not to shabby.
Handle could make with little modification a nice piece of jewelry, necklace, watch fob.(you hunt in formal cloths right?)balance showing lots of age compared to my past couple days hunts!

Ambassador you say. Yes, I see. By dressing smart folks will think we are smart. They then will listen to our detecting plight. We may soon be able to detect national parks yet. Your a wise man.

Neat old finds you got there Greg!! The only sash buckle I've found I found January 1st 2011, it is one of my favorite finds.

Looks like some mid to late 1800s or Victorian era relics, nice finds! HH, Mike
