Just wanted to post some pics of my finds at an old homesite near my home. Same site as discussed in previous post. Got a couple of buttons,spoon and gold plated ring today. Gonna put the military button on the "what is it post " to see if I can get some help dating it. Sure it is post CW but still looks pretty old. Not a single coin yet from the site. Also a weird spoon looking item with a hole in it. Several penny buttons have came out so far. Just a fun and conveniant place to hunt in the evenings:icon_thumleft:

I have 2 buttons like that I found at an old wagon trail site I think they are from a ww1 army jacket.. Not sure though
