When I got in the car it was -7 out, after 5 hours of hunting it got to a nice warm 14 degrees. I believe that is the coldest hunt I ever did. That would be one record I never want to break. Even my beard froze. Most of my places are beyond even chopping now but went to one of my b spots that I never get much out of. It has heavy brush so doesn't freeze as bad. But way to much trash even for the Deus. My best find was a Navy eagle button. The stars are 5 points and back says "Waterbury button co" It is pre 1941 but that is all I can figure. The pendent appears hand made. Not sure of the metal but heavy and not lead or brass. Oldest wheat cent was 1937. And some clad. At least I got something.
