Darted off to one of my favorite little haunts this morn and scored pretty good. Was getting the typical junk and thought i was going to get skunked after 2 1/2 hrs of nothing. Grabbed a handful of gravel on a good signal and came up with the mason ring which took me by surprize. Checked for the bottom half but no go. At least i got the best half along with the 5 diamonds! Not ten minutes later pulled the 14k W.B. Might be headed down to myrtle for 4th. How well will the Tiger Shark do in wet sand and shallow water? Will i be stuck in the dry? HH Thanks for any info. Way to go!! Gold X2, awesome. Funny how a hunt can totally suck, then with just 1 find it turns out great! I know thats what keeps me coming back. Congrats and HH.

That's an easy one, the ring was reshanked to make it larger and the welds broke, he was probably wearing it with one side broke and the other snapped in the water. Easy fix, and congrats, that's a beautiful ring. Still on my wish list... Haven't found a Mason's ring yet.

very good hunt you had. It always good to the gold. I heard that the Tiger Shark is a very good machine in the wet sand. Good luck on your trip......Matt
