one-half of a Barber & a beauty SLQ
Yes, that's true, only half of one. Not a Barber Half Also a really nice 1920 SLQ and two wheaties, 1920 & 1923.
No date on the Barber Dime, I tried to find the other half, maybe I still will as I've got a lot more yard to do at this place.
I don't have a exact date of the home but it is the first "stick home" they call them in the area. Pre-1830 I think. It's on the corner of a cross roads next to the old railroad tracks and trolly bed. Sounds very promising once I get myself around back near that area.
Anyway, I stuck out the cold chill in the air today for 3hrs and got these. Tomorrow is even colder yet, but I might give it a try. But definately Black Friday I'll be there, supposed to be 60 degrees!
...and I have my sights set on the property across the road, old home foundation, no home there now and shows on a 1898 survey topo map. The owners are next door to it, was their grandmother's place I'm told today. But for now, where I am today have lots of property to work, may not finish this fall if it starts snowing.
