I cant believe that a glass bottle stayed intact from that long ago... What a find!!!!! What is something like that worth?
You are getting me all revved up again about hunting!!! It's a good feeling... :-)

It was found in the mud of a river bank in England, the soft burial place is probably what helped keep it in such good condition. I have not really given a lot of thought to the value as I have no interest in selling it.

Believe or not I don't think it is worth all that much... it is out of my range for bottles but I seem to remember them in auctions for less then 300.00

Ya I love this bottle too. Is this bottle used for wine?
I would imagine so, it would be cool to know how this bottle ended up in the river, one mans trash really is another mans treasure.
