i did one about 15 mile from my home, an online, 6 days ago
it had 3 lock box and lots of metal, and household goods
i got it for 60$, going to sell all the metal about 200# about 25$

more paper work junky,some sd cards, usb drives,cameras

more paperwork photos a deed and cars and boat titles
tracked owners down yesterday, sent imgs
its worth a 125$ to them
household curb and goodwill
i got lucky they had fam still in area
