Only new coins at old park ?

Here in Western New York, you can apply for a permit to hunt state parks, I believe. I've been told the cost is $15.00 to hunt during the parks season. After the seasonal closing no permit is required. I have not done this myself yet but have talked with MD'ers who say they have. Just my two cents or 1500 as the case may be.
