Hello everyone.
So, I'm wondering what people's opinions are on these two buttons. I want to gauge what you feel is the more attractive button. I have a lot of these and want to start putting together shadow boxes for display. Which button would you prefer to look at. Both are copper and similar. Would it be the one subject to electrolysis or the one toothpicked? All of my non-metal detecting family member point to the button that underwent electrolysis. Just want to gauge the thoughts of those who find these flat buttons on a regular basis. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks !

Wow no reply's since late April.

IMO
I like them both but the cleaned one is def, better on the eyes .
For me it depends on the button (backmark, full shank or not , condition) & Def, Rarity/Worth.
The Cleaned one looks better to me in the picture . In 15 years I have only found 7-8 Flat Buttons -So they are worth a little more to me.

Maybe in 10-15 years ,Cleaning will be "in Vouge" again.
